Kerby is the Owner and Customer Service/Operations Manager. With over 20 years in the
promotional product industry, Gary understands how critical your logos and
apparel are to you and he takes extra care to ensure that every logo is
embroidered exactly as you request.
With that in mind, our Service Guarantee includes the following:
•Check-in and verification of all merchandise from wholesalers against
your purchase order. This means that if there is an error in the shipment, you
will be able to correct the issue prior to your deadline.
•Guaranteed ship dates at the time you place your order
•Folding and bagging your apparel (minimum additional charge)
•Job completion verification and shipment tracking via email, fax or phone
We have no minimum orders and are pleased to accept all orders. Our quick turnaround time means from the time you approve a logo, you can expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 business days (larger orders may take longer). We also offer Rush services (24 hour turnaround) for an additional fee.
Shipping
We ship UPS anywhere in the United States. Your goods can be blind-label drop
shipped directly to your customers, at your request.
