Palo Verde Embroidery has been in business for over 14 years.  Under new ownership since February 2004, we have a renewed focus on customer service and quality.   

Roxy Westphal, owner of Palo Verde Embroidery brings 25 years of customer service experiences to the embroidery business. Her diverse background as an executive in several large and small companies provides her with a keen commitment to the quality of the job and the complete satisfaction of her customers.

Gary Kerby is our Customer Service/Operations  Manager. With over 10 years in the promotional product industry, Gary understands how critical your logos and apparel are to you and he takes extra care to ensure that every logo is embroidered exactly as you request.

Carl Green runs our in-house digitizing department.  Carl is a graduate of the Seattle Art Institute and he has over 10 years experience in the apparel business.  Carl has been digitizing logos for the past 8 years and has also run an embroidery shop and has years of experience running embroidery machines.  With that background, every logo is digitized with both efficiency and beauty in mind.
